Title: “The presentation aims to question the traditional management system structure that many companies still operate and suggests a more flexible, less complicated model that guides the workforce to `best practise`. With the adoption of the process-based approach with integrated risk and the drive for continual improvement, how do we transform from text to digital processes the simple way? Maintaining multiple standards such as Q,H&S, E , Risk Management, Information Security, industry specific compliance as well as the new Data Protection regulation (GDPR) increases complexity but is Document Management with Visio flowcharts still the answer? The session will present a more comprehensive structure to address the increased demands of process, risk and compliance in while considering the stakeholders such as the organisations leadership, QHSE professionals, the workforce, shareholders, audit bodies and customers as a minimum.”

Synopsis: Is the traditional management system structure fit for purpose in 2018?
